Sweet, sweet light on my body

Sweet, sweet light on my body
Sweet, sweet light on my body
feels like the smell of winter.
I pray for this clean breath;
I pray at night for this repose.
Oh, for the strength now that I am weak!
What I would give this pain to go!
Sweet, sweet light on my body,
you must know.
It is past the time for the cold, night sweats
I have only to fight this last hour.
But sweet, sweet light on my body,
why refuse me your power?
I will beg for relief.
I will do anything, give all things
For sweet, sweet light on my body.
